Chef Brooks is a classically trained chef with over 20 years of culinary expertise in fine dining, café, corporate events, account management and private club dining.  

 

With a signature style of breathing new life into classic recipes and techniques, to stay abreast of new culinary trends, Chef Brooks recently traveled to Paris, France to learn new techniques and recipes at Marius, a fine dining Parisian restaurant.

 

Chef Brooks is actively involved in his community through volunteerism, particularly causes that involve motivating future culinary artists.

 

Holding an AAS degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary School of Kendall College, Chef Brooks completed a six-month internship at Commander’s Palace under the supervision of Emeril Lagasse.
